What Is SFI?

Share financial institution (SFI) is a financial co-operative wholly owned by its members. It is an institution that encourages savings in order to provide responsible credit and other services to its members at a fair rate – whose surplus may be distributed amongst its members or toward improving services required by members ! 

Objectives of SFI

To maintain the standards of good corporate administration and execute effective risk, the board frameworks with an organisation’s commitment to conveying manageable and viable revenue to our members while changing lives in the networks we serve. ·To support clients in achieving financial security by providing access to financial services to those excluded from mainstream banking, and who live in the most deprived areas of Birmingham, so helping them to overcome vulnerability to exploitative lenders, poverty, isolation and fear. ·  Be the best from across Birmingham, and it is surrounding to deliver on the Promise of meeting or exceeding the expectations of our business.·  Our members will be the employees of the company and will be working hand in hand with each other from across the community, assisting each other in various ways to improve their economic status. Partners Investment is a learning institution that offers a variety of roles in our different areas that is suited to your goals and background.·  Conduct business, regulators, and other stakeholders will be governed by our corporate value.

OBJECTIVES OF THE LOAN POLICY

  • Promote growth and sustainability of SMME’s 
  • Improve access to financial products, to promote and advance the social and  economic welfare of its members by enhancing access to financial services under sustainable conditions by providing banking services in accordance with the provisions of the Exemption notice.
  • Cut Red tape and create a more enabling environment

  • Provide incubation, facilitate finance and offer business services
